The Impact of XI Frequencies on Human Biofield

The Xponential Intelligence Research

My interest in the frequencies of Xponential Intelligence was strictly scientific. As a researcher and Biofield Scan analyst, I wanted to understand the mechanics of rapid transformations that Mas Sajady’s clients experienced and be able to measure and document the impact of these frequencies on a human biofield using GDV instrument.

The GDV Biowell technology is based on the computer analysis of electro-photonic emissions of human fingers resulting from placing each finger in the high-intensity electromagnetic field. The image created by the Biowell Camera is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Chakra system. Biowell instrument is being used by thousands of practitioners, doctors, and researchers worldwide. It has been verified by over 20+ years of clinical experience with thousands of patients around the globe. The scanning process is gentle and non-invasive, so clients normally don’t feel any physical or emotional discomfort during the scan.

Please note that a Biowell GDV Camera does not measure the anatomical structure of the body. Instead, it creates a snapshot of the functional and energetic condition of all organs and systems at the moment of the measurement.

Biowell analysis allows to determine the organs and systems of the body that need attention and makes an assessment of the follow-up response of the body to various influences such as treatments, emotions, people, mobile phones, environment, frequencies, and various biological objects. It provides information about the stress level and psycho-emotional state of an individual and shows a response of the body to external stimuli.

Biowell Camera is currently being used in more than 70 countries. The Biowell GDV Technique is certified in Europe and accepted by the Russian Ministry of Health as a Medical technology. More than 2000 doctors, practitioners, and researchers benefit from using this technology worldwide. More than 250 papers are published on GDV across the world.

1. Analyze the complete energetic state of a person by scanning 10 fingers before and enter exposure to XI frequencies generated by Mas Sajady.

2. Produce the snapshot of functional analysis of a person’s stress level, chakras alignment, health status, energy status, biorhythms, yin/yang energy in meridians, functional/energetic condition of organs and systems, and autonomic balance.

3. Record a person’s Human Energy Field (HEF) response to frequencies generated by Mas Sajady/Xponential Intelligence (XI) and analyze the impact on a subtle energy field of the body.

The experiment involved measuring the biofield of two people who were exposed to frequencies generated by Mas Sajady during the 18-Day Hyper Meditation and Total Human Reset programs.

The goal of the experiment was to measure and analyze the Energy Field before and after the frequency session and to make a quantitative assessment of the health status of participating individuals on a 10-point scale through the utilization of Biowell software.

The following parameters were measured and assessed during the experiment:

  • Stress Level
  • Chakra Measurement
  • Health Status
  • Energy Status
  • Area Diagram
  • Biorhythms
  • Energy in Meridians (Yin/Yang Balance)
  • Functional/energetic condition of organs and systems
  • Autonomic balance levels

The description of each parameter is referenced HERE.

The number of Scans performed during the 18-Day Hyper Meditation and Total Human Reset programs:

– Person 1: 92 scans

– Person 2: 12 scans

After careful analysis of the parameters of the frequency sessions facilitated by Mas Sajady, the following was noticed:

  • Increase in energy level and intensity of the biofield immediately after the session, followed by normalization of energy distribution across organs and systems.
  • Decrease in stress level immediately after the session, followed by the stabilization of the stress level parameter hours and days after the session.
  • Increase in Chakra alignment and average energy of the chakras after the session.
  • Normalization of Yin/Yang parameters produced more balanced left (feminine) and right (masculine) sides of the body one hour after the session.
  • Optimization of the Organ Balance parameters measured as overall energy glow in the right and left hand. This indicates a higher balance between the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
  • Unification of energy in the organs and systems of the body. This parameter indicates a better homeostasis, higher cellular intelligence, and the increased ability of the body to self-correct and self-heal.
  • Increased cellular energy reserve as presented by the Energy Diagram program. This indicates a better ability of the cells to deal with stress, creating inner-cellular strength and higher resiliency to external stressors.

Frequencies generated by Mas Sajady have a positive impact on Human biofield; they help to create a more balanced emotional state and produce increased overall energy.

XI frequencies help to lower cellular stress, balance the emotional state of the individual, and assist the body to better deal with stress. This brings the body into a state of homeostasis, helps to build inner-cellular strength and resiliency through activating self-regulating healing abilities in the subtle energy systems of the individual.

The Effects of Flying on Human Energy Field

This post is a result of my experiments of measuring human biofield using GDV (Gas Discharge Visualization) Camera.

The readings of the biofield were taken before boarding the airplane and 3 hours after landing.

Considering the fact that this was a relatively short flight (3 hours 54 mints) from Albuquerque, NM to JFK Airport, NY, the results were surprising.

Dr.Konstantin Korotkov is my dear friend and associate. He is a Professor of Physics at St. Petersburg State Technical University in Russia, a leading scientist internationally renowned for his pioneering research on the human energy field. The GDV technique is based on the Kirlian photography.

These GDV readings were performed 1 hour before boarding the aircraft and right after landing. The images below show the decrease in chakra index from 90 to 39% and decrease in chakra allignment from 81 to 80%. This indicates that flying has a negative impact on Human biofield.

Then energy level decreased from 75 to 38% after flying, which indicates the adverse effect of flying on the energy field.

Measurements were performed with Biowell Camera. The Chakra Index decreased from 90% to 39%.

Energy Index decreased from 75 to 39 joules.

Body Stress level increased from 2.33 to 2.93 bringing the body closer to anxiety state.         Energy level dropped from 66.93 to 39.43.

If such a relatively short flight had a negative impact on the body’s energy filed, imagine the effects of the longer flights on all the systems in the body. It’s important to ground yourself after landing by walking bare feet on the earth. In addition, using grounding devices on regular basis and hydrating your body during travel is critical to keep your body healthy and balanced.

HERE are additional recommendation on how to protect your health during air travel.

Best way to reverse chronic illness and get more energy

  • Do you find it difficult to lose weight or keep it off?
  • Are you overweight or out of shape?
  • How’s your energy level?

Do you get out of bed each morning energized and feel strong, vibrant, and alert whole day? Or you drag yourself out of bed and suffer from fatigue, irritability, or poor concentration?

How is your overall level of health? Are you free of pains and distressing illnesses?

Or you suffer from a chronic disorder that just doesn’t go away, such as allergies arthritis.

Do you have indigestion, low blood sugar, cardiovascular problems, headaches, depression, or frequent infections?

If you have any of these symptoms, chances are you are undernourished. For many of my clients, undernourishment is very common, even if they think they eat “correctly”. Obesity, for example, is a sign of undernourishment. My overweight clients are literally starving for nutrients to satisfy their hunger and normalize their metabolism. Even if they are eating only the highest quality healthy foods, they very deficient in the vital nutrients their body needs to work properly.

Fortunately, our body always lets us know when we are not feeding it correctly. The symptoms we experience are the signals that our body sends us, telling us that it needs to be supported with energy that matched our metabolism.

If you want to enhance or maintain your health, there is no substitute for eating according to your metabolic type. Regardless of your current physical health, knowing your metabolic type is the first step in start enjoying a life full of vibrant health and fitness, and free of the degenerative illnesses that disturb many people in developed countries.

What’s Your Metabolic Type?

The three metabolic types are Protein Type, Carbo Type, and Mixed Type. Once you identify your metabolic type and the diet that is right for you, you can modify your diet, enjoy abundant energy, and extend your life!

You and your family member might both be Protein Types, which means vegetarian-based diets and carbohydrates will not be the best food for you. But even though you both need to eat protein and restrict carbohydrates, he/she might require heavier proteins and be more reactive to carbohydrates, such as sugars and starches.

Even though you were born with a specific set of dietary requirements dictated by your genetics, your needs can shift for a number of reasons, such as stress, illness, exercise or nutrient deficiencies. Your diet is highly individualized and it is constantly changing. That’s why I energy test foods and fine-turn their diet while we work together.

When we complete their blood tests and determine their metabolic type, we can fine-tune their diet. They know exactly what kinds of foods are compatible with their body chemistry. We determine what foods energize them, make them feel great, and support their health over the longer term. They learn the secrets of combining macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) in the specific proportions that are just right for them. Learning exactly what foods to choose and exactly how to combine them is of fundamental importance for eating according to your metabolic type. The list below gives you a brief synopsis or preview of the three general metabolic types and the diets that correspond to each category.

If you are a Protein Type, it means your cells metabolize carbohydrates too quickly and your body relies on glycolysis for energy (fast oxidizer). The parasympathetic branch of your autonomic nervous system is stronger and more dominant than the sympathetic branch. Protein Types require a high protein intake in order to strengthen their sympathetic system and balance their slow metabolism. They need high protein to slow down their rapid cellular oxidation rate.

  • High protein
  • Heavy, fatty,
  • High-purine proteins
  • High fats and oils
  • Low carbohydrates
  • Metabolic Imbalance: fast oxidizer or parasympathetic dominant

If you are a Carbo Type, you need a higher percentage of carbohydrates in your diet in order to strengthen the parasympathetic branch of your nervous system. You need to consume more carbohydrates in your diet in order to speed up your naturally slow cellular oxidation rate and acidify your too-alkaline metabolism.

  • Low protein
  • Light, lean, low-purine proteins
  • Low fats and oils
  • High carbohydrates
  • Metabolic Imbalance: slow oxidizer or sympathetic dominant

If you’re a Mixed Type, you combine the other two types. You need to eat a mixture of foods that will support both sides of your autonomic nervous system – both your sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. Since your cellular oxidation rate is neither fast nor slow, you need to eat a mixture of foods so that you will not create a one-sided effect that speeds up or slows down your cellular oxidation rate.

  • Mixture of high-fat, high-purine proteins and low-fat
  • Low-purine proteins
  • Requires equal ratios of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates
  • Metabolic Imbalance: neither fast nor slow oxidizer neither parasympathetic nor sympathetic dominant

These 3 metabolic types provide a starting point that will enable you to customize your diet and eat in alignment with your body’s nutritional needs.

How reliable is your “feel good” system?

The spleen is an organ found in almost all vertebrate animals. It mainly acts as a filter for purifying the blood, removing microbes and clearing away damaged red blood cells. It is also an important organ in the immune system, producing the white blood cells that fight infection and manufacture antibodies.

The spleen is also your body’s awareness center that governs the ‘feel good’ system.  It contributes to your body’s overall health and wellbeing.

People with a defined Splenic center were born with the inner knowledge about what their body needs to feel good. They have a strong immune system, good intuition, and consistent, reliable ways to deal with stress.

People who were born with an open splenic center (also called undefined) have weaker immune systems and face many fears. Throughout their lifetime, they are learning about their intuition and experimenting with what makes them feel good.

For people with an open spleen center, access to this energy system is inconsistent and unreliable. They often get attached to unhealthy relationships, develop food addictions or allergies, and hold on to jobs or places that are not good for them. They lack flexibility and ability to disconnect from codependent relationships that bring short-term pleasure or comfort.

They might be consciously aware of these unhealthy attachments, but feel powerless to change them. Because these attachments are a result of deeply embedded patterns created in the past, it can be difficult to identify and release them without professional help.

37f06696-54a5-4023-8480-8ada4de7e1dcConsider a mother who takes her 5-year-old daughter, Anna, to the grocery store as a reward for a good behavior. She buys her cupcakes and lets her eat the whole box. Little Anna gets to spend time with her mother, feeling valued and loved.

Through this interaction, Anna’s brain creates a new circuit that merges sweets and feeling good into a single experience. In her brain, happy mother, the cupcakes, and her ‘feel good’ are tagged as a real, reliable experience as a new belief system is being formed.

These circuits stay active in our brain and carry into our adulthood. Because our body is designed to be healthy, it’s constantly searching for ways to feel good.

9a31cc02-5e39-41eb-8929-4d6472bb00dcLet’s look at the 30 year old Anna, who just broke up with her boyfriend.  She feels heartbroken, unloved and alone. As she feels horrible, the first thing that comes to her mind is a cupcake. She wants to bring the ‘good feeling’ back into her life so she can be ‘whole’ again.

In her deep need to ‘feel good’ her brain makes a direct connection to the cupcake – as it worked in the past and made her feel loved and happy. This reaction is so quick and automatic that most people don’t even identify with it as they mechanically execute the urge to satisfy the need.

Wanting to feel good is our body’s natural response to stress. It helps our body relax and release serotonin, Endorphins, Dopamine, Phenylethamine and Oxytocin. Today we have so many choices to bring us comfort and short term feeling of happiness. People often choose the most familiar feeling that was recorded by their own sensory awareness. This feeling becomes reliable and used as a first aid to relax and feel good.

How Effective is Aromatherapy?

Screen Shot 2016-01-28 at 5.49.10 PMAs I continue my research on essential oils, I am amazed by some of the facts that I discover about aromatherapy.

Most people don’t know about this, however this information can greatly benefit you and your family members.

Did you know that…

  • The Global Essential oil market is expected to reach USD 11.67 billion by 2022, according to a new report by Grand View Research, Inc.
  • Global Essential oil market demand was 165.0 kilo tons in 2014 and it’s expecting to grow at 8.6% rate from 2015 to 2022.
  • Europe was the leading regional market demand share of essential oils, exceeding 40% in 2014.
  • Some major companies operating in the global essential oil market includes Biolandes, Sydney Essential Oils, HRF, The Leburmuth Company, Young Living Essential Oils, DoTerra, Essential Oils of New Zealand, Sydella Laboratoire, Farotti Essenze, Moksha Lifestyle Products, West India Spices Inc., Falcon and Ungerger Limited among others.
  • Although, the use of botanical oils have been in use for centuries, Essentials oils were discovered in 1928 by the French chemist, Rene Maurice Gattefosse.
  • Ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans were using plant oils for medicinal and beauty purposes long before modern aromatherapy was invented.
  • An Arab physician Avicenna (980 A.D. – 1037 A.D.) invented of a refrigerated coil which changed the way plants were distilled. This method is still used today
  • Only 1% of the entire plant species population produces essential oils.
  • There are only 21 plant families which produce essential oils.
  • When you are hot or tired, Peppermint essential oil is best . You can smell it directly from the cap for some quick energy or dilute with a carrier oil and apply to the back of the neck for a cooling effect.
  • Clary Sage is a powerful support for labor, especially when labor is stalled. Typically Clary Sage is avoided in pregnancy because of the possibility of this effect on the body. But once you are full term and woman’s body is ready for delivery, it is a great support.
  • Generally Clary Sage is known to reduce pain and increase circulation.
  • Marjoram oil is great oil for soothing the discomforts of contractions during labor. It can be diluted and applied to the lower abdomen.
  • Frankincense helps to reduce pain. Rub a few drops on your back or abdomen (wherever it hurts) for some wonderful pain relief. Frankincense is used for all kinds of pain, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding where medications could negatively affect the baby.
  • 3623.jpgRose essential oil has some unknown chemical components, which is one of the reasons why it is so difficult to duplicate the exact aroma of rose in synthetic form.
  • Essential oils can be used in the home as a natural cleaning product, as a healing agent during illnesses, to repel insects, as a food flavoring and/or as a spice, in the use of pets, and even assist plants in the garden. I replaced all commercial products in my house with natural products that contain essential oils.
  • An ‘essential oil’ is not always an essential oil – it may actually be a concrete, resin, resinoid, oleoresin or hydrosol.

What to do if Doctor Suggests Taking Meds?

Did your doctor suggest taking medications? Read this article before requesting a prescription…

Did you know that a survey of a 1992 national pharmacy database found a total of 429,827 medication errors from 1,081 hospitals. Medication errors occurred in 5.22% of patients admitted to these hospitals each year. The authors concluded that at least 90,895 patients annually were harmed by medication errors in the US as a whole.

A 2002 study shows that 20% of hospital medications for patients had dosage errors. Nearly 40% of these errors were considered potentially harmful to the patient. In a typical 300-patient hospital, the number of errors per day was 40.

Problems involving patients’ medications were even higher the following year. The error rate intercepted by pharmacists in this study was 24%, making the potential minimum number of patients harmed by prescription drugs 417,908.

A 2003 study followed 400 patients after discharge from a tertiary care hospital setting (requiring highly specialized skills, technology, or support services). Seventy-six patients (19%) had adverse events. Adverse drug events were the most common, at 66% of all events. The next most common event was procedure-related injuries, at 17%.

People are looking to get a more joyful existence and relief from worry, stress, and anxiety. But they often fall victim to the messages endlessly displayed on TV and billboards. Often, instead of gaining relief, they fall victim to the myriad iatrogenic side effects of antidepressant medication.

A whole generation of antidepressant users has been created from young people growing up on Ritalin. Medicating youth and modifying their emotions must have some impact on how they learn to deal with their feelings. They learn to equate coping with drugs rather than with their inner resources. As adults, these medicated youth reach for alcohol, drugs, or even street drugs to cope. According to JAMA , “Ritalin acts much like cocaine.”(43) Today’s marketing of mood-modifying drugs such as Prozac and Zoloft ® makes them not only socially acceptable but almost a necessity in today’s stressful world. Continue reading.

What Is Measured by a Biowell Camera?

Biowell Camera

Biowell GDV Camera is a revolutionary way to measure human energy field. It has been developed by the team of Dr. Konstantin Korotkov using powerful technology known as Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV) or Electro-Photonic Imaging (EPI) technique.

Biowell Camera consists of a desktop camera and accompanying software, which allows a user to quickly and easily conduct human energy scans. When a scan is conducted, a weak electrical current is applied to the fingertip for less than a millisecond. In response to this stimulus, the fingertip emits electrons, which are striking and exciting air molecules. Exciting air molecules create gas discharge or glow. This glow is captured by the camera and then the digital image of the glow is processed by the software to show energy and stress evaluations. Each scan returns a wealth of important information to provide you with a truly holistic view of the state of your wellbeing.

The intersection of the fingertips glow created in Bio-Well Software is based on the concept of Acupuncture points and is verified by more than 20 years of clinical studies by hundreds of medical doctors and researchers with many thousands of patients. The scanning process is quick, easy and non-intrusive. Get real-time feedback on factors affecting your energy state. View each scan in a variety of interesting ways with up to 9 result display options. With the Bio-Well accessories like Sputnik sensor, Water sensor or Bio-Well Glove measure energy of the environment, human emotions and water energies!

Bio-Well presents an analysis of the Energy Field and allows us to see its day-to-day transformation and the influence of different treatments, situations, and stimuli to the Energy Field and hence, to the condition of a person. Friendly software makes data processing simple and convenient for non-experienced users. With Bio-Well you do not need to be a scientist to make full-scale scientific research! Bio-Well is being used by thousands of doctors, practitioners, and researchers worldwide. Bio-Well does not measure the anatomical structure of the body, but records the functional/energetic condition of organs and systems at the moment of measurement.

Bio-Well analysis has the following outcomes:

  • Allows defining organs and systems of the body which need attention.
  • Makes assessment of the follow-up response of the body to different influences (treatments, emotions, mobile phone, etc).
  • Provides information on psycho-emotional state and level of stress (anxiety).
  • Allows easily measure the response of the body to different medications, supplements, and food.

Through the utilization of special software, it is possible to make a quantitative assessment of the anxiety and health index on a 10-point scale.

  • 0 – 2 – very calm, relaxed people that may be due to several factors: deep meditation, complete inner peace; the effects of psychedelics; deep sleep in the peaceful phase; at the same time it may be the case of chronic depression or in some cases inflammation, severe disease.
    2 – 3 – normal calm quiescent state.
  • 3 – 4 – the state of anxiety. The state of permanent anxiety without relaxation may be the reason for serious problems.
  • 4 – 6 – the exciting stress state characteristic of active work, excitement, intense activity. This state is typical in high-level managers, militaries, and people with responsible jobs. It may be related as well to the high anxiety level.
  • 6 – 8 – at least six possible situations:
  1. The reaction to a previously stressful situation (an unpleasant conversation, illness, failure in the training process, driving in stressful conditions, etc.). In this case, it is necessary to calm the patient and repeat the measurement after half an hour.
  2. Increased nervousness, accumulated over long periods of time stress, emotional stress, autonomic dysfunction.
  3. People with a special type of mentality that can quickly switch from a state of extreme excitement, nervousness, in the quiescent state.
  4. The state of overtraining, fatigue, risk of injury.
  5. Athletes in the moment of competition, actors at the performance, students at exams, etc.
  6. Children in a state of nervous excitement.
  • 8 – 10 – a very high level of stress, the peak of emotional excitement. If a patient with activation level 8-10 appears calm, this could indicate a dangerous situation: the person is on the verge of a nervous breakdown, so be aware and exercise caution.

Demonstrates the energy of the glow for the particular person in Joules (×10-2).

  • 0 – 20 Joules (×10-2) – low energy (maybe related to energy deficiency, as well as to meditative state)
  • 20 – 40 Joules (×10-2) – decreased energy
  • 40 – 70 Joules (×10-2) – typical energy
  • 70 – 90 Joules (×10-2) – heightened energy – characteristic of people with a high level of energy
  • 90 – 100 Joules (×10-2) – high energy – typical for athletes, top managers, at the same time may be an indication of inflammation.

  • 0 – 50% – very low balance – indication of serious mis-functioning
  • 50% – 90% – low balance – indication of functional disorder
  • 90% – 100% – typical balance

Level of imbalance between overall energy of the glow of sectors present on both hands. It is presented in % of deviation from the average value of two hands and is directly connected with the “Balance” graph. The left hand is connected with the right brain hemisphere and with activation/excitation processes. The right hand is connected with the left brain hemisphere and slowing down/energy-saving processes.

The Area diagram is designed for analysis of the functional state of the human body, by comparing the glow Area of the fingertip and calibration cylinder.

The optimal energy level corresponds to the green zone in the middle. The inner circle is the area of energy deficiency (hypo- energy state). The outer ring is the area of energy excess (hyper-energy state).

The Energy diagram is designed for analysis of the functional state of the human body, by calculating the Energy parameter of the particular sector (energy of the glow). “Energy reserve” parameter (experimental) reflects energy reserve at the cellular level. Overlaying of the Area diagram (measured in Relative units) on top of the Energy diagram has no physical meaning, but is intended for relative comparison of two graphs. The possible values of the Energy diagram can be:

  • 0 – 2 Joules (×10-2) – very low energy
  • 2 – 4 Joules (×10-2) – low energy
  • 4 – 6 Joules (×10-2) – normal energy
  • 6 – 8 Joules (×10-2) – increased energy
  • 8 – 10 Joules (×10-2) – high energy

  • 0% – 20% – low level of energy reserve
  • 20% – 60% – optimal level of energy reserve
  • 60% – 100% – high level of energy reserve

The highlighted bars correspond to a significant difference (more than 20%) between the energy of the particular system or organ on the left and right hands.

According to Eastern metaphysical theories and principles of Ayurvedic Indian medicine, there are seven “Chakras” or integrated energy centers that are considered to affect physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In the Bio-Well program Chakras reflect THE emotional state of a person. Chakras are related to energy flow internally and externally. They are not stable and may change every other minute. Stability of the Chakras is an indication of the emotional balance of a person. An ideal balance of Chakras may be seen for people involved in daily meditation and mental training.

When Chakras are shifted to the right or left (when we look to the picture) can be related to the inner emotional reactions of a person or to the response to environmental stimulation (other people, electromagnetic fields, weather, etc).

  • Psychosomatic approach – connection of functional state of organs with the psychological state
Energy centers (or Chakras) are calculated according to the organs and systems situated in different parts of the body
  • Size of the center – medium level of energy of organs and systems that correspond to this center
  • Balance of the center (Left/right orientation) – is the difference between the energies corresponding to the specific center organs and systems on the left and right hands
  • Grey/green corridor on the graph – normal.
  • Left side from the center of the image – social life, extroversion. Right side – private life, introversion

  1. Chakra 1 – Red – self-confidence, sexual power. Extreme right – shy and not self-confident person. Extreme left – too self- confident person, searching for proofs of his/her superiority.
  2. Chakra 2 – Orange – material work, job or home. Extreme right – don’t want to go out of home, evading problems on work. Extreme left – don’t want to return home from work, evading house problems.
  3. Chakra 3 – Yellow – willingness to solve problems (personal or other’s). Extreme right – not eager to help others, concentrated on personal problems. Extreme left – eager to help anyone just not to work on personal problems.
  4. Chakra 4 – Green – love, sympathy, empathy. Extreme right – egoist. Extreme left – altruist.
Chakra 5 – Light blue – non-material work (art, painting, poems composition), verbal communication. Extreme right – non-
  5. communicative person, not sharing his/her art with others. Extreme left – non-stop talking, show-off person.
  6. Chakra 6 – Blue – approach to solving tasks and search of information. Extreme right – thinks that there is only one right opinion – own, all others are not. Extreme left – doesn’t have own opinion, always ask for help in any situation.
  7. Chakra 7 – Magenta – relations with God, fanatic or atheist. Extreme right – thinks that he/she can do anything and there will be no consequences. Extreme left – waits when God will solve his/her problems.

Amazing Benefits of Biofield Scan

The Biofield is the scientific term for the biological energy field of the human body. Biofield Scan makes it possible to measure light around your body and transform the analog information into data that can be analyzed and used to achieve wellness and high performance.

Biofield Analysis methods were developed over the last 60 years based primarily on Kirlian Photography and Electroacupuncture, but it incorporates many other modalities as well. Using Biowell equipment and sophisticated software developed by Russian scientists, a bio-scan reveals your health status and shows you where your body needs help or healing.

Biofield Scan Methods are based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Ayurvedic Chakra system. They have been verified by 20+ years of clinical experience with thousands of patients.

A real-time bioscan allows us to get an instant digital image of your Chakras, Meridians, Aura, organs, systems, as well as your current emotional state, all of which are parts of your body’s complete and sophisticated energy system.

The imaging software allows you to observe the subtle energy field in real-time, to see how it changes depending on your environment, the food you eat, and after the application of various healing modalities. It helps you observe the progress during various healing interventions you apply.

Biofield Scan is a great way to see how your energy field responds to certain medications, supplements, foods, and even your relationships. The Chakra program reflects your current emotional state and helps you understand where you emotions are out of balance. An individualized binaural music file is generated by the software based on the reading of your chakras.

The Health Status Program shows you where your energy field is vulnerable or needs attention. It helps to visually see your body’s weakness patterns and shows the areas where balance or treatment is needed.

Each program of the Biowell software is a visual representation of how your body feels inside. For example, if you have pain in your neck, a scan taken before and after a healing session will show more balanced energy in this area, confirming that healing is occurring in your energy system.

If you had a healing session, before and after the scan shows how your body reacted to this session and how effective the session was. This information provides answers to how your body reacted to a specific modality, practitioner, or environmental stimulations.

The scan also helps to analyze the functional state of your body. It calculates vital parameters of energy distribution in your organs and compares them with reference parameters of healthy people.

Stress has a serious impact on Human Energy Field that has an emotional, physical and environmental impact that results from extended exposure to external factors. Through the use of specialized software, Biowell instrument measures your anxiety level on a 10-point scale.

A biorhythm is a prediction of various aspects of your life through mathematical cycles. The software generates your personal biorhythm diagram for each life cycle that provides the best times to schedule your physical, emotional, or intellectual activity based on your personal biorhythm.

If you want to achieve your highest human potential and elevate yourself to a new level of wellness, schedule your Biofield Scan session today. You will receive a 360+ Health Assessment, evaluation, and analysis of your body’s energetic state, including physical organs and systems, nervous system, circulatory system, digestive system, immune system, musculoskeletal system, urinogenital system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, personal Biorhythms, Chakras assessment, and analysis of your emotional state.

How to Identify Your Read Needs?

Do you ever forget about your own needs?

We are often distracted with things that are irrelevant and totally unrelated to our goals. Life passes by and we often wonder where did the time go?

One of the things I do at the end of each year is to review my personal goals which I normally set in the beginning of each year. I also write the weekly self-care checklist. This helps me to make sure my personal needs are met before I take care of others. I continue to modify this list as I take a new class, meet someone important, or learn new things about myself.

For example, sometime ago while examining my life, I realized that I am missing playfulness and fun.

When I was a child, my parents demanded too many things from me. At that time the adult life looked like a never-ending journey of must-to-do lists, duties, errands, and heavy responsibilities.

As a child I learned to discount my needs in order please my parents. I wanted to make them happy in exchange for their love. I received their conditional love, but lost my individuality.

This childhood behavior carried over into my adulthood life and personal relationships. I became an expert in pleasing other people and ignoring my needs. It was so automatic that I never even questioned it… until I realized how unhappy I was…

I felt disregarded and unloved…  I was blaming my partner for not giving me what I needed without realizing that I wasn’t even clear what my own needs are. I had an expectation that my partner should know and fulfills my needs. That created many disappointments and emotional pain for me.

I learned that if I don’t allocate time and space to think about the things that make me happy, my passion fades away quickly and life becomes tedious and monotonous.

Now scheduling time for myself is an essential part of my life and I absolutely cannot function without it. Self-care is an extension of self-love and self-acceptance. Everyone deserves to be nurtured, and you deserve it too!

Then we feel internally fulfilled and loved, we will not be demanding and critical of other people.

Here are the questions you mighty want to ask yourself:

  • Am I upset about something that I haven’t resolved out yet (angry, sad, hurt, worried)?
  • Do I avoid dealing with these issues? How? (entertainment, internet, social medial, food?)
  • Am I getting enough sleeping?
  • Am I getting good nutrition, supplements and quality food?
  • Am I moving enough? When did I last exercise, stretch, take a walk?
  • Am I resting enough?
  • Do I drink enough water?
  • Have I been watching too much TV?
  • Am I being creative (artistically or professionally)?
  • Am I getting enough social  and play time with people I love?
  • Have I been getting enough touch and affection?
  • Do I judge or criticize myself? Whose voice do I hear when I do that? (usually parents, recognize them and disconnect)
  • Do I judge others people? What can I do to stop it?
  • What makes me angry?
  • Am I taking time to appreciate things in my life?
  • Have I been outside and gotten enough fresh air and sunlight?
  • How do I express my needs?
  • Am I getting heard? If not, what’s in the way?
  • Am I feeling understood and valued?
  • Do I have a routine? Does it work for me?

I could probably share more. Note that these are all in the first person and there is no victimization here. It’s not anyone else’s fault if you have a breakdown. And there is no need for self blame either. It’s simply about how smooth things are going on a day-to-day basis.

There will be life circumstances and breakdowns that seem to get in the way. You should never allow yourself to get totally stuck in them.

How do you get out of this mess and get unstuck?

I will share some tips in my next post…

If you find you could use some help with this, we have a many resources for you.

The Daily Energy Routine

If you are new to Energy Medicine, the Daily Energy Routine is the place to start. Unlike treatments that offer pills or surgery, Energy Medicine focuses on the entire body as a system. Before doing more specific treatments, Energy Medicine practitioners can help people get their body’s overall energies into a strong and healthy flow.

Over the years, Donna Eden have designed a “Daily Energy Routine” that combines the most potent techniques we know that are able to help the greatest number of people to stimulate each of the vital energy systems and bring them into harmony and balance. These are the methods you can use to strengthen and balance your own energies. There is much you can do for yourself through the Daily Energy Routine. We propose that you dedicate about 10 minutes each day to this. That is all that is necessary to begin to make a difference. Five minutes for the Daily Energy Routine and five minutes to experiment with repeating some of the techniques and using additional Energy Medicine methods available.

The Daily Energy Routine takes less than 10 minutes and can transform your life. This routine allows you, without knowing what’s stuck or where, to balance your energy system. I have heard pretty amazing stories of lives changed just by consistently doing this routine.

You Don’t Have to be a Psychic to See Your Own Energy!

I’m taking a trip to New Mexico to meet with Dr. Konstantin Korotkov, Professor of Physics at St. Petersburg in Russia. Dr. Korotkov has led a research career for over 25 years, combining scientific methods with a curiosity about things of the spirit and the soul. He is a scholar in philosophy and a serious mountaineer with 20 years experience. He has given lectures, seminars and training sessions in 24 countries, presenting papers and workshops at more than 40 national and international conferences.
Check him out here….

The exciting news is that Dr. Korotkov invented a revolutionary device that takes Kirlian photography to a new level and allows you to see your own energy!

This means what we have been reading about in ancient texts can now be measured!

The GDV (“Gas Discharge Visualization”) camera evaluates bioelectric energy from your fingertips and interprets the data according to principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. The electronic “glow” of your finger is invisible to the human eye, but can be captured by this device.

You are able to see the health of all your organs, chakras and your personal biorhythm. In addition, the software creates unique binaural music that helps to bring your energy back to balance so the body can return to health quickly and naturally.

The GDV technology is embraced by The Russian Ministry of Health as a Medical diagnostic tool.  More than 300 doctors, practitioners and researchers benefit from using this technology worldwide.

I have been experimenting with the GDV camera and am so excited to share some of my case studies when I get back from meeting with Professor Korotkov… In the mean time, click here for a more detailed explanation of his findings.

What is this Aquarian Age?

Being born under the sign of Aquarius, I have been feeling the shift that occurred in my life since 2011. At that time, I wasn’t able to understand what was happening to me and why. in March 2011 I felt a strong desire to move into a new place, disconnect from my old relationships, and start a new career in Healing Arts. As I was emerging myself into learning about complex planetary cycles and a Human Design System, I was able to understand what these shifts meant and that they were happening not only in my life, but for the entire humanity. In this article, I wanted to explore and demystify the shifts in our consciousness associated with transition into the Age of Aquarius and provide tips for moving through this fascinating and challenging time with grace and ease.

What Triggered Aquarian Age?

In 1781 the planet Uranus, the ‘ruling’ planet of Aquarius, was discovered by the astronomer, Herschel. If you look at the history of the world since 1781, you will notice that our practices and our consciousness considerably shifted. The energetic effects we experience with the shift from the Age of Pisces to Aquarius is a movement away from dogmas to logic and science. The quality of the Aquarian Age can be summarized in a single word “Synthesis.”

The Aquarian Age will continue for the next 2000 years. As per Santokh Singh Khalsa, the official beginning of this age is November 11, 2011. Some sources have set this date as December 21, 2012. Regardless of which date is more accurate, as a result of this evolution, we are experiencing dramatic changes.

Many people don’t care if they are a Pisces, or a Gemini, or what their moon or rising sign is. Transition into the Aquarian age is significant because it changes the conditions for our planet. And every human on planet Earth has been and will be affected by this shift. Let’s examine this period and see how it impacts our lives.

The Age of Pisces has been characterized by hierarchy and power. The key phrase for this age was a statement from Shakespeare’s Hamlet, “To be or not to be.” If we decode this statement in the context of Age of Pisces, this means that in order to make a successful and happy life, you needed to find someone or something to believe in.

The key lesson of this period is this: “When I find something I can believe in, I attach myself to that “thing” and rely on its guides for my decision making, my work, my relationships, and my beliefs.” This could be a political view, a religion, a leader, a guru, work, etc. During that time, the secrets to the truth of how life works were hidden in the monasteries and ashrams. You didn’t need to know these secrets as long as you followed leaders, gurus and other guides without questioning their authority and expertise. As a result, we created vertical hierarchies and it was essential for each of us to find our own place in these hierarchical systems. Our parents and grandparents have spent a lot of time and energy to get to the “top” of these hierarchies in order to gain power, authority, financial freedom, etc.

This system has been the basis for human consciousness for the past 2000 years. Going back 2000 years, everything that children learned from their parents and grandparents, has been colored by this Piscean frame of consciousness. And now that system is falling apart.

Beginning of Aquarian Age

The New Aquarian Age is associated with expansion, sharing, networking, and information. The keynote for this age is “TO BE” and the phrase associated with the astrological sign Aquarius is “I KNOW.” We are currently in the age of information where we don’t have secret anymore. All information is available at your fingertips, anytime and anywhere. Where the Piscean age was organized in a vertical, up and down structure of hierarchies, the Aquarian Age is organized in a horizontal system, opening the world up to equality, transparency, authenticity, self-expression, sharing, and open communication.

The focus is no longer on your identity and belief system (“believe or not to believe”), but on accepting yourself as a whole person (“be yourself”) who has a right to openly express his/her desires and needs. The essence of this period is releasing a need to believe in something outside of yourself, and willingness to accept that you have the knowledge, inner-guidance, and wisdom within yourself. It is no longer necessary to attach to something outside yourself, but to become a self-guided, self-empowered, self-sustained individual.

With this understanding of how we operate in this new environment, it is easier for us to realize what has been happening in the world over the last 50 years. On the personal level, since the 1960’s, there has been a huge emphasis on the personal transformation: self-improvement movement, yoga, meditation, tai chi, self-awareness tools, complimentary medicine, energy healing, organic food, etc. We also have experienced a major increase in mental illnesses: anxiety, stress, depression, suicide, and drug abuse, both pharmaceutical and recreational.

On the external level, we have seen many shifts: environmental consciousness, civil rights, women’s rights, global consciousness, and gay rights. On the other side of the spectrum, we have also seen the rise of the terrorism, racism, fundamentalism, xenophobia (the fear of the “other”), and huckstering.

This shift is bringing out the best and the worst in us. Many of us are responding by opening our hearts and minds and embracing this new age. Some people are intimidated by the changes because they don’t understand what’s happening with them and around them. They chose to ignore it, hoping to return to a “golden age” in the past, or surround themselves with those who are like themselves.

If you are struggling with finding your place in this shifting world, please understand that transformation is never a painless process. When you fast or cleanse to purify your body, you feel worse at first, because toxins in the body get disturbed in order to be removed. Once these poisons have been eliminated, you feel lighter and more energized. Every person on planet Earth is now going through this purification process. We are experiencing a time of radical change. It is our time of big potential growth and expansion, but it is also a time of great potential pain and suffering. The greater your understanding of what is happening, the easier it will be for you to go through all of the changes without losing your stability and balance.

Here are my suggestions to help you make this transition easier and painless:

1. Have your own daily spiritual practice or a ritual. Every spiritual tradition has one thing in common – a daily ritual: exercise, yoga, meditation, prayer, contemplation, chanting, writing, creating art, etc. The important part of this practice is to do it with intention to let go of your blocks (or shadows) and focus on your conscious intentions. Meditation and learning about your Human Design are the most powerful tools that I have found, but you must find your own and collect the tools for your own toolbox.

2. Disconnect from negative emotions, such as fear, aggression, and anger. Social Media, environment, politics, and terrorism can trigger many of these negative emotions. If you understand that they are all symptoms of the Aquarian shift, then you can go through them without losing yourself. If you feel that your emotional state changes after watching TV or being with certain types of people, disengage and allocate time to be alone. You may unplug from the world by walking in nature, journaling, or simply contemplating your thoughts.

3. Stop being a victim. Remember that you always have the power to change your life. Don’t give that power away to anyone through resentment or blame. Remember, that you are responsible for your own happiness and satisfying your own needs is your job. The Aquarian Age is all about empowerment and consciousness. Learn about your needs, your passions, and your deepest desires. Once you connect with your needs, take action steps to satisfy them. Give up the idea that you need something or someone to give you fulfillment – it’s the goal of the marketing industry to make you believe that you need some product or a service in order to fulfill your spiritual needs.

4. Inspire others. The more people who consciously choose to embrace the Aquarian Age, the easier this transformation will go for all of us. A small percentage of people who have shifted their consciousness influence the rest of us. Find a way to spread your light using your gifts and talents. Inspire, heal, teach, serve those in need, support your community while loving what you do. Welcome to the Aquarian Age!

Human Design System (HDS), which came into being in 1987, is a modern-day tool that provides all the instructions we need in order to live in this Aquarian Age. It teaches you how to manage our own energy as an individual and how to interact with others without resistance. HDS is also a system of differentiation that empowers you on an individual level. It synthesizes modern science, including physics, epigenetics, astrophysics, and 4 of the great esoteric systems: Astrology, I-Ching, Kaballah and the Chakra system. Instead of being a railroad car that is started by an engine, you will learn how to become your own engine based on your own strategy and authority.
